About CHI
I thought technology was supposed to make life easier.
So why does it feel like companies keep asking for more?
Two versions. One story.
What the hell happened?
That question didn’t stay personal for long. Every company assessed here gets asked the same thing: is it delivering more than it extracts, or did it just change the deal?
A thousand tiny irritations became a framework.
Every industry had its own excuse. Streaming had inflation. Airlines had fuel costs. Dating apps had premium features. The behavior underneath was the same, over and over. Naming it was the turning point: once a pattern has a name, it can be observed, compared, and measured.
CHI exists to turn “this feels like bullshit” into something observable.
A framework, not a grievance board
CHI compares extraction and value. It doesn’t catalog complaints.
Not anti-business
It never assumes profit is the problem, only tracks the balance.
Named, not vague
A named pattern can be measured, compared, and tracked over time.
